摘要 设计了开关磁阻电机(SRM)实验平台,包括了硬件电路、速度估计、数学建模、控制系统框架、速度控制律和软件模块。该实验平台实现了SRM传动系统的完整功能,而且还引入了基于多项式插值的瞬时速度估计、基于二阶傅里叶级数的转矩非线性建模,以及带有转矩分配函数的直接瞬时转矩控制策略等一些新颖技术。通过MATLAB仿真和基于数字信号处理器TMS320F28335的实验,验证了实验台的应用效果。仿真和实验结果表明,设计的SRM控制系统可实现准确的速度调节,而且能有效地抑制转矩脉动现象。该实验平台不但支持SRM传动系统的快速原型设计,而且可用于电气和自动化专业学生的控制系统实训,帮助学生学习如何把先进技术用于解决实际问题。 A switched reluctance motor(SRM) test bench is designed, including hardware circuits, speed estimation, mathematical modeling, control system framework, speed control law and software module. MATLAB simulation and experimental study using a TMS320 F28335 digital signal processor are then provided to demonstrate the application of the test bench. The test bench not only features the complete functions of SRM drive system, but also integrates several novel techniques in its design, such as the instantaneous speed estimation using polynomial interpolation, the nonlinear modeling of SRM torque based on second-order Fourier series expansion, and the direct instantaneous torque control strategy using torque-sharing function. Simulation and experimental results consistently show that the designed system can accomplish accurate speed regulation and suppress the torque ripple effectively. The test bench can be adopted in rapid prototyping of SRM drive system, and may also be used in control system practice for college students majoring in electric drive and automation, which provides a guide for students to learn to utilize advanced technology to solve a practical problem.
