卫星天线展开零重力模拟试验装置的研究

摘要 针对卫星天线展开提出的零重力模拟试验装置需求,基于公理设计方法设计了一套零重力模拟试验装置。根据设计对象的使用背景,将设计需求分解为基本功能需求、可靠性需求和经济性需求三个方面;并根据功能映射得到了设计模型。同时对关键部件进行功能校核及经济性分析。采用公理化的设计方法不仅可以实现模拟装置的设计需求,还可以提高模拟装置的开发效率、减小开发和维护成本,使装置在结构和性能方面上更加合理化。该模拟装置不仅实现了对卫星天线提供重力补偿和展开过程的监测,还可消除模拟装置对卫星天线展开系统的影响,有较好的应用前景。 Aiming at the test requirements of zero-gravity simulation test device for the deployment of satellite antenna,based on axiomatic design method,a zero gravity simulation test equipment is designed.According to the use background,the design requirements are divided into three aspects:basic functional requirements,reliability requirements and economic requirements.The design model is obtained according to function mapping.At the same time,on the basis of the design model,detailed design is carried out,and the key components are checked and economic analysis.The axiomatic design method adopted in this paper can not only meet the design requirements of the simulation device,but also improve the development efficiency of the simulation device,reduce the development and maintenance costs,and make the device more reasonable in terms of structure and performance.The simulation device realizes the gravity compensation of the satellite antenna and the monitoring of the deployment process,and also eliminates the influence of the simulation device on the satellite antenna deployment system as much as possible,which has a good application prospect.
