摘要
对人工智能算法在电力电子技术领域的应用进行了研究。以双有源全桥变换器作为控制对象,采用半实物平台搭建主电路,利用TMS320F28069 MCU搭建控制板,针对双有源全桥变换器的功率管开路故障,设计了一种基于人工智能算法的开路故障诊断方法,能够自动对故障信号进行特征提取,可达到自适应阈值去噪的效果,并对收集的实际信号进行故障诊断。验证了所提出方法的可用性。搭建的平台提高了实验教学的效率,拓展了学生对电力电子技术的领悟和人工智能算法的认同感。
The application of intelligent algorithm in the field of power electronic technology is studied around the fault diagnosis of power electronic converter.Taking the dual active full bridge converter as the control object,the hardware in the loop platform is used to build the main circuit,and TMS320 f28069 MCU is used to build the control board.Aiming at the open circuit fault of the power tube of the dual active full bridge converter,a fault diagnosis method based on artificial intelligence algorithm is designed,which can automatically extract the characteristics of the fault signal and achieve the effect of adaptive threshold denoising.The fault diagnosis of the collected actual signal verifies the availability of the proposed method.The platform improves the efficiency of experimental teaching and expands students’understanding of power electronic technology and recognition of artificial intelligence algorithm.
