碳点修饰硅酸锌金属防腐蚀颜料的制备及性能研究教学实践 被引量:3

摘要 培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高端创新性人才是我国高等教育的重要目标。作为科技之母,实验是“炼金”的直接途径。设计了碳点修饰硅酸锌金属防腐蚀颜料的制备及性能研究综合实验,利用碳点原位修饰技术,制备了碳点/硅酸锌纳米复合材料,揭示了双极抑制效应和多层钝化膜掩蔽效应的防腐机理。复合材料较为复杂的制备过程有助于提升学生的逻辑思维能力和团结协作能力。通过多种表征解析,学生掌握了从分子、原子角度分析碳点与硅酸锌之间相互作用的科学思路以及接触角、表面电荷、比表面积等因素如何影响材料的防腐性能。同时注重引导学生透过现象看本质,根据碳点/硅酸锌纳米复合材料的电化学阻抗谱(Nyquist曲线和Bode曲线)和动电位极化测试评估材料的防腐性能、探讨防腐机制。通过该综合实验,引导学生形成从微观角度剖析宏观性能的思维方式,并意识到科学研究有助于协调环境保护与经济发展。 The cultivation of creative talents with innovative spirit and practical ability is an important goal of higher education.The experimentation is a direct way to"alchemy".The comprehensive experiment used carbon dots in-situ modification technology to prepare carbon dots/zinc silicate nanocomposites with corrosion warning effect.The anticorrosion mechanism of the bipolar inhibition effect and the masking effect of multilayer passivation filmsare proposed.The complicated preparation process of composite materials is beneficial to improve students’logical thinking and collaboration ability.Through a variety of analysis and characterization,students can master the scientific idea of analyzing the interaction between carbon dots and zinc silicate from the perspective of molecular atoms,and the effects of contact angle,surfacecharge and specific surface area on anticorrosive performance of the nanocomposite are discussed.At the same time,students are guided to explore the essence through phenomena.The anticorrosive perforniance and mechanism of carbon dots/zinc silicate nanocomposite is studied in detail based on the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy containing Nyquist and Bode plots,as well as the polarization curves.Through this innovative experiment,students forma way of thinking about analyzing macroscopic performance from microscopic mechanism,and realize that scientific research is an important means to coordinate environmental protection and economic development.
