工程认证与产教融合双驱动的新工科人才培养探索 被引量:10

Exploration on Talent Cultivation of Emerging Engineering Education Driven by Engineering Education Accreditation and Production-Education Integration

摘要 针对新工科背景下人才培养面临的问题,对地方行业高校计算机类人才培养的改革路径进行了探索。面向产业需求,以产出为目标,构建了“一体两翼三拓展四模块”的人才培养体系;深化产教融合、加强校企协同育人,贯通了教学资源、人才培养、持续合作3个通道,形成了课程思政引领化、教学过程项目化、实践创新特色化、师资建设工程化“四化牵引”的创新人才培养模式。以工程教育认证标准为导向,以产教融合为外部驱动,持续改进人才培养体系,健全质量保障和监控体系;以现代信息技术为突破,推进专业教学模式改革。实践表明,双驱动改革后的人才培养体系更合理,育人成效更显著,专业建设质量稳步提升。 To solve the problems of talent cultivation in emerging engineering education,this research work explores the reform path of computer talent cultivation in local universities.Accorded to the industrial development demand and outcome-oriented,it constructs the talent cultivation system characterized by the"one body,two wings,three expansion,and four modules".Operated by deepening the production-education integration and strengthening collaborative education between universities and enterprises,it opens the three channels,i.e.,teaching resources,talent cultivation and continuous cooperation.Further,it constructs the innovative cultivation mode which is driven by four aspects,i.e.,ideological political courses,project-based teaching,practical innovation and engineering teachers.Guided by engineering education accreditation standards and driven by production-education integration,the talent cultivation system and the teaching quality assurance system are continuously improved.Modern information technology as a breakthrough is further leveraged to drive the reform of teaching mode.Final,the practical results show that the reformed talent cultivation system has higher rationality and remarkable educational results,and steadily improves the quality of major construction.
