高校实验室信息化数据治理的探索

数据对于高校实验室建设水平、管理效率和服务能力的提升起到了重要的支撑作用。对实验室信息化数据管理中存在的数据重复填报、查询不便利、流转不通畅、数据质量差、深层次价值未发挥等问题,进行深入研究,提出明确数据治理原则和目标。采取扩大数据采集渠道、构建统一数据平台、完善实验室系统交互功能、重视数据分析工作等措施,在实践中完成了对实验室、实验人员、仪器设备等信息的分级、细化、动态管理。通过这些措施,实现了信息发布交互和数据共享对接功能,完善实验室综合管理与安全平台的建设,有效提升了工作效率和用户体验,提高了实验队伍建设水平,优化了仪器设备利用率。这些改革助力高校人才培养和科学研究水平的提升,同时也为其他高校实验室数据治理工作的开展提供了参考。

Data play an important supporting role in improving the construction level, management efficiency and service ability of university laboratories. In view of the problems existing in the laboratory data management, such as repeated data filling, inconvenient query, obstructed circulation, poor data quality, this paper conducts in-depth research, and puts forward measures to clarify the principles and objectives of data governance, expand data collection channels, and builds a unified data platform to improve the interactive function of the laboratory system and pay attention to data analysis. In practice, we complete the hierarchical, detailed and dynamic management of laboratory, experimental personnel, instruments and equipment, realize the functions of information release, interaction and data sharing, improve the construction of laboratory integrated management and security platform. These measures effectively improve the work efficiency and user experience, improve the construction level of experimental team, optimize the utilization rate of instruments and equipment, and help improve the talent training and scientific research level of universities, at the same time, it also provides a reference for the development of laboratory data management in other universities.
