The method and process of interior materials odor evaluation are introduced. Through a large number of sample data, the odor evaluation intensity values of plastic materials at different temperatures and different sampling volumes were analyzed and the proportion of each evaluation value was counted. The influence of temperature and sample quantity on test results is obtained. The results can be used to predict the risk of the odor value of plastic materials in practical application, and provides reference value for the odor evaluation of plastic materials in automobile industry.
