摘要 在智能制造工程专业之中要打造校企融合的双元育人机制,实现教育改革的进一步探索。智能制造工程专业直接面向社会和工作岗位,因此必须要加强对社会实践性的突出和对接,以市场和需求为导向,加强对专业建设方案的确定,调整技能型人才的培养方案,对专业课程体系予以优化和修正,加快师资队伍的培育和建设,这样该专业培养社会技能型人才,为社会的进步做出自己的贡献和努力,因此必须要基于成果导向,构建全新的教育理念,旨在培养校企合作双元育人新模式,提高教育成效和教育的实用价值。 In the intelligent manufacturing engineering major, it is necessary to create a dual education mechanism of school-enterprise integration to realize the further exploration of educational reform. Intelligent manufacturing engineering major is directly oriented to society and jobs, so it is necessary to strengthen the prominence and docking of social practice, market-and demand-oriented, strengthen the determination of professional construction programs, adjust the training program of skilled talents, optimize and revise the professional curriculum system, and accelerate the cultivation and construction of the teaching team, so that the profession cultivates social skilled talents and makes its own contributions and efforts to the progress of society, so it is necessary to build a new educational concept based on results-oriented. It aims to cultivate a new model of school-enterprise cooperation dual education, improve educational effectiveness and practical value.
