摘要 随着中国经济飞速发展,中国由制造大国向制造强国转变,需要越来越多的高素质综合技能人才,需要更多的工匠支撑。目前,我国高校从注重提高学生的专业能力到提高大学生的人文素质、职业道德素质,但在高职教育教学中并没有把“工匠”的思想与实践相结合。本文需要寻求“黄炎培职教思想”引领下“工匠精神”融入课程探索之路。 With the rapid development of China’s economy, China has transformed from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power, which requires more and more high-quality comprehensive skilled talents and more craftsmen to support. At present, China’s colleges and universities have focused on improving students’ professional ability to improving the humanistic quality and professional ethics of college students, but they have not combined the thinking and practice of “craftsmen” in higher vocational education and teaching. This paper needs to seek the integration of “craftsman spirit” into the curriculum exploration path under the guidance of “Huang Yan training and education thought”.
