摘要
在中国,高等学府的占地面积较广,校内食堂与其他学习工作区及休憩区的距离较远,师生用餐存在一定的不便捷性。另外,近几年受疫情影响,就餐高峰期的食堂避免不了人员密集问题。本课题以南京航空航天大学金城学院为例,通过实地位置考察及问卷调研等研究方法,对校园地理环境及文化、用户行为及需求深入探析,立足服务设计理念,从模块化角度出发,设计出一款在外观造型、功能模块、智能订取餐系统及系列餐具和品牌形象上具有创新性的校园移动餐车系统。真正做到满足师生不同就餐需求,提升就餐效率,并在特殊时期减少人员接触。课题研究为其他高等学府在引进校园移动餐车的项目上提供有价值的参考。
In China, institutions of higher learning cover a wide area, and the distance between the canteen on campus and other learning work areas and rest areas is long, and there are certain inconveniences for teachers and students to eat. In addition, due to the impact of the epidemic in recent years, the canteen during the peak dining period cannot avoid the problem of crowding. Taking Jincheng College of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example, this project explores the campus geographical environment and culture, user behavior and needs through field location investigation and questionnaire research, and designs a campus mobile food truck system with innovative appearance shape, functional modules, intelligent ordering system and series of tableware and brand image from the perspective of modularization so as to truly meet the different dining needs of teachers and students, improve dining efficiency, and reduce personnel contact during special periods. The research project provides a valuable reference for other institutions of higher learning in the project of introducing campus mobile food trucks.
