Research on the Risk Management of the Production of Auto Parts Projects

本文介绍了项目风险管理理论知识体系,对项目进行风险识别,创建项目风险评估体系后进行评估打分,最终可以将所得出的结果分出风险的优先级,然后可以针对项目风险采取相应的措施,找到合适方案。通过对本文的探究,该风险管理方法不仅可以用于汽车零部件项目投产管理中,在全生命周期的风险管理中都是可以应用实践的。

This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge system of project risk management, identifies the project risk, creates the project risk assessment system, evaluates and scores. Finally the results can be divided into the priority of the risk, and then corresponding measures can be taken for the project risk to find the appropriate solution. Through the exploration of this paper, this risk management method can not only be used in the production management of auto parts projects, but also can be applied in the risk management of the whole life cycle.
