摘要
以食物设计方法整合各方优势,对地域性代表食物进行系统化设计创造,将其转化为可利用的价值资源,助力乡村振兴。秉承生态-生产-生活的指导方针,对当地资源进行提炼和重构,使之成为可供设计的创新元素,促进地方文化传播、为乡村振兴提供新思路。立足于当地发展现状,以食物及民俗饮食文化为机会点进行设计,在传播乡村特色文化的同时促进当地生态、农业、文化、经济的多方可持续发展。
Integrate the advantages of all parties with food design method,systematically design and create regional representative food,turn it into available value resources,and help rural revitalization.Adhering to the guideline of ecology production life,refine and reconstruct local resources to make them an innovative element for design,promote the dissemination of local culture and provide new ideas for Rural Revitalization.Based on the current situation of local development,the design takes food and folk food culture as the opportunity point to promote the sustainable development of local ecology,agriculture,culture and economy while spreading rural characteristic culture.
