摘要
对互联网背景下的美发护发市场所面临的困境及美发护发类App设计现状进行分析,研究服务设计视域下的美发护发类App。运用服务设计的方法和工具,以用户为中心,梳理出用户的核心需求,设计实践以美发、护发、社交等为核心来构建“发圈”App。以推荐美发护发店铺或产品为中心搭建用户交流美发护发心得的社交平台,并通过用户的日常搜索为用户进行个性化推荐。提高用户体验,为美发护发类App的设计提供新的视野。
Research on hairdressing and hair care apps from the perspective of service design,and analyze the difficulties faced by the hairdressing and hair care market and the status quo of hairdressing and hair care apps under the background of the Internet.User-centered,starting from the needs of users and using the method of service design,this paper proposes the design practice of hairdressing APP of"hair circle".By using the methods and tools of service design,the core needs of users are sorted out.The design practice takes hairdressing,hair care and social contact as the core to build"hair circle"App.Build a social platform for users to exchange hair care experience centered on recommending hair care shops or products,and make personalized recommendation through users'daily search,so as to improve user experience and provide a new vision for the design of hair care apps.
