第三次全国土地调查与森林资源管理“一张图”数据融合方法探讨

Data Fusion Technology for the Third National Land Resource Survey and Forest Resources Management“One Map”

以第三次全国土地调查为契机和基础,融合对接现有森林资源管理“一张图”数据成果,形成高集成通用的一张数据底图。“三调”与“一张图”数据由于影像底图、分类标准、边界、空间位置及其他因素不一致导致数据存在差异,数据融合对接工作难度大。目前,“三调”与“一张图”的数据融合技术方法主要为分类标准的统一、内业标准的统一、外业补充调查的校正、数据库建设的统一等。研究国土“三调”与森林资源管理“一张图”数据融合方法,对着力提升森林资源保护发展水平以及建设自然资源“一张图”具有重要意义。

The data of the third national land resource survey was integrated with forest resources management“one map”data to form a high-integrated and universal data base map.The data difference was caused by the difference of image base map,classification standard,survey boundary,space position and other factors between the third national land resource survey and the“one map”data,which made data fusion difficult.At present,the methods of data fusion were mainly based on the unified classification standard,the unified professional standard,the corrected supplementary survey data,the unified database construction and so on.It is of great significance to study the data fusion methods for promoting the level of forest resources protection and development and building the“one map”data of natural resources.
