妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破的影响因素

Influencing factors of preterm premature rupture of membranes in late pregnant women

目的:分析妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破的影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月至2021年8月在该院产检并分娩的110例妊娠晚期孕妇的临床资料。依据是否发生未足月胎膜早破将其分为发生组16例和未发生组94例,统计两组一般资料,分析妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破的影响因素。结果:110例妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破16例,占14.55%;两组年龄、孕次、产次、就诊时体质量指数、多胎妊娠、子宫畸形、瘢痕子宫、妊娠期高血压和妊娠期糖尿病分布情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生组生殖道感染、胎位异常、有人工流产史和营养素缺乏占比均高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,生殖道感染、胎位异常、有人工流产史和营养素缺乏均为妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:生殖道感染、胎位异常、人工流产史和营养素缺乏均为妊娠晚期孕妇发生未足月胎膜早破的危险因素。

Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of preterm premature rupture of membranes in late pregnant women.Methods:The clinical data of 110 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination and delivered in this hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether preterm premature rupture of the membrane occurred,they were divided into occurrence group(16 cases)and the non-occurrence group(94 cases).The general information of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Then,the influencing factors of preterm premature rupture of membranes in these late pregnant women were analyzed.Results:Among the 110 late pregnant women,the preterm premature rupture of the membrane occurred in 16 cases,accounting for 14.55%.There were no significant differences in the age,gravidity,parity,body mass index,multiple pregnancy,uterine malformation,scarred uterus,gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of reproductive tract infection,abnormal fetal position,history of induced abortion and nutritional deficiency in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that reproductive tract infection,abnormal fetal position,history of induced abortion and nutritional deficiency were risk factors for preterm premature rupture of membranes in the late pregnant women(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusions:The reproductive tract infection,abnormal fetal position,history of induced abortion and nutritional deficiency are the risk factors for preterm premature rupture of membranes in the late pregnant women.
