双歧杆菌四联活菌联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的效果

Effects of Viable bifidobacterium quadruple combined with Montelukast sodium in treatment of children with allergic purpura

目的:观察双歧杆菌四联活菌联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜患儿的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月该院收治的100例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组52例和对照组48例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,比较两组临床症状(腹痛、关节疼痛、皮肤紫癜)改善时间、T细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素-9(IL-9)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平和凝血功能指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]水平。结果:观察组腹痛、关节疼痛、皮肤紫癜等临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-9、IL-17和TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组APTT、PT长于对照组,FIB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双歧杆菌四联活菌联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜患儿可缩短临床症状改善时间,改善T细胞亚群水平和凝血功能指标水平,以及降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯孟鲁司特钠治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Viable bifidobacterium quadruple combined with Montelukast sodium in treatment of children with allergic purpura.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 children with allergic purpura admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020.They were divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets,while the observation group was treated with Viable bifidobacterium quadruple tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms(abdominal pain,joint pain and skin purpura),the levels of T cell subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),the inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-9(IL-9),interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and the coagulation function index levels[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)and fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,joint pain and skin purpura in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,APTT and PT in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,the FIB level was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Viable bifidobacterium quadruple combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of the children with allergic purpura can shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms,improve the levels of T cell subsets and the coagulation function indexes,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Montelukast sodium treatment.
