益气活络生肌汤联合富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者的效果

Effects of Yiqi Huoluo Shengji decoction combined with platelet rich plasma on diabetic foot ulcer

目的:观察益气活络生肌汤联合富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者的效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2021年4月该院收治的92例糖尿病足溃疡患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组各46例。对照组采用富血小板血浆治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合益气活络生肌汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后溃疡面积、中医证候积分和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.30%(42/46),高于对照组的73.91%(34/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1、2、3、4周后,两组溃疡面积均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组溃疡、小便黄、大便干、口渴、疮面疼痛、疮面周围灼热等中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气活络生肌汤联合富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩小溃疡面积,降低中医证候积分,其效果优于单纯富血小板血浆治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Huoluo Shengji decoction combined with platelet rich plasma on diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted to this hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each.The control group was treated with platelet rich plasma,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Huoluo Shengji decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The therapeutic effects,the ulcer area before and after the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.30%(42/46),which was higher than 73.91%(34/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,2,3,and 4 weeks of treatment,the ulcer areas of the two groups were smaller than those before the treatment,those of the study group were smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as ulcer,yellow urine,dry stool,thirst,wound pain and burning around the wound in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi Huoluo Shengji decoction combined with platelet rich plasma in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can improve the total effective rate,reduce the ulcer area and reduce the TCM syndrome score.Moreover,it is superior to single platelet rich plasma treatment.
