耳针联合托烷司琼治疗全身麻醉微创术后恶心、呕吐患者的效果

Effects of ear acupuncture combined with Tropisetron in treatment of patients with nausea and vomiting after minimally invasive surgery under general anesthesia

目的:观察耳针联合托烷司琼治疗全身麻醉(全麻)微创术后恶心、呕吐(PONV)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年8月该院收治的60例全麻微创术后发生PONV的患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用托烷司琼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合耳针治疗,比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的60.00%(18/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30),低于对照组的30.00%(9/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳针联合托烷司琼治疗全麻微创术后PONV患者,可提高临床疗效和治疗满意度,降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于单纯托烷司琼治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of ear acupuncture combined with Tropisetron in treatment of patients with nausea and vomiting after minimally invasive surgery(PONV)under general anesthesia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with PONV after minimally invasive surgery under general anesthesia admitted to this hospital from August 2020 to August 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with Tropisetron,while the observation group was treated with ear acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ear acupuncture combined with Tropisetron in the treatment of the PONV patients after minimally invasive surgery under general anesthesia can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the patient satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single Tropisetron treatment.
