摘要
目的:观察BD Affirm VP Ⅲ芯片检测在阴道炎病原体诊断中的效能。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年3月该院收治的104例疑似阴道炎患者进行前瞻性研究。所有患者均取阴道分泌物,依次行BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测和常规镜检,以病原体培养诊断结果作为金标准,比较BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测与常规镜检在细菌性阴道炎、真菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎诊断中的效能。结果:金标准诊断结果显示,104例患者中45例病原体培养阳性,其中22例细菌性阴道炎,15例真菌性阴道炎,8例滴虫性阴道炎;59例病原体培养阴性。BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测诊断细菌性阴道炎的灵敏度、准确度均高于常规镜检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测诊断真菌性阴道炎的灵敏度、准确度均高于常规镜检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测诊断滴虫性阴道炎的灵敏度、特异度、准确度与常规镜检比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:BD Affirm VPⅢ芯片检测诊断细菌性阴道炎和真菌性阴道炎的效能高于常规镜检诊断。
Objective:To observe efficacy of BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip detection in diagnosis of vaginitis caused by different pathogens.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 104 patients with vaginitis symptoms who underwent vaginal secretion detection from March 2018 to March 2019.All patients underwent BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip detection and conventional microscopic examination.Using the diagnostic results of pathogen culture as the gold standard,the efficacies of BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip detection and conventional microscopy in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis,fungal vaginitis and trichomonas vaginitis were compared.Results:The results of gold standard diagnosis showed that 45 of 104 patients were positive for pathogen culture,including 22 cases of bacterial vaginitis,15 cases of fungal vaginitis and 8 cases of trichomonas vaginitis;and 59 cases were pathogen culture negative.The sensitivity and accuracy of BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis were higher than those of conventional microscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip in the diagnosis of fungal vaginitis were higher than those of conventional microscopy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no statistical differences in the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of trichomonas vaginitis between BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip detection and conventional microscopy(P>0.05).Conclusions:The efficacies of BD Affirm VP Ⅲ chip in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginitis and fungal vaginitis are higher than conventional microscopy.
