Objective:To analyze efficacy of serum 5'-nucleotidase(5'-NT),γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)and monoamine oxidase(MAO)levels in diagnosis of primary liver cancer(HCC).Methods:The clinical data of 45 patients with HCC admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as study group. At the same time,45 patients with benign liver disease admitted to this hospital during the same period were selected as control group 1,and 45 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were selected as control group 2.The levels of serum 5'-NT,GGT and MAO were compared among the three groups. The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was plotted to analyze the efficacies of single and combined detection of serum 5'-NT,GGT and MAO levels in the diagnosis of HCC.Results:The levels of serum 5'-NT,GGT and MAO in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2,those of the control group 1 were higher than those of the control group 2,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the AUCs of serum 5'-NT,GGT and MAO in the diagnosis of HCC was 0.809,0.895,0.762 and 0.930,separately.Moreover,the sensitivity of combined detection was higher than that of single detection. Conclusions:The sensitivity of combined detection of serum 5’-NT,GGT and MAO in the diagnosis of HCC is higher than that of single detection.
