超声弹性对比指数与二维超声检查在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的效能比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较超声弹性对比指数(ECI)与二维超声检查在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中的效能。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月该院收治的64例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,分别进行二维超声、超声弹性成像检查,以术后病理诊断结果为金标准,比较二维超声检查与ECI值对甲状腺良恶性结节的检出率及诊断效能。结果:病理检查诊断结果显示,64例患者中良性结节41例,占64.06%,恶性结节23例,占35.94%;二维超声检出甲状腺良性结节48例,恶性结节16例;ECI检出甲状腺良性结节43例,恶性结节21例;ECI诊断甲状腺恶性结节的准确率、灵敏度均高于二维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ECI与二维超声检查诊断甲状腺恶性结节的特异度和误诊率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ECI在甲状腺良恶性结节诊断中效能高于二维超声,可作为甲状腺结节良恶性诊断的辅助方法。 Objective:To compare efficacies of ultrasonic elasticity contrast index(ECI)and two-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Methods:64 patients with thyroid nodules admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastography.Using the pathological examination results as gold standard,the detection rates and the efficacies of two-dimensional ultrasonography and ECI for benign and malignant thyroid nodules were compared.Results:The pathological examination showed that there were 41 cases of benign nodules in 64 patients,accounting for 64.06%,and 23 cases of malignant nodules,accounting for 35.94%.Two-dimensional ultrasonography detected 48 cases of benign thyroid nodules and 16 cases of malignant nodules.ECI detected 43 cases of benign thyroid nodules and 21 cases of malignant nodules.The accuracy and sensitivity of ECI value in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules were higher than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the specificity and the misdiagnosis rate between ECI value two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules(P>0.05).Conclusions:ECI is more effective than two-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.ECI can be used as an auxiliary method for the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.
