临床护理路径在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果

Application effects of clinical nursing pathway on senile cataract patients

目的:观察临床护理路径在老年白内障手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月至2021年5月该院收治的86例老年白内障手术患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径,比较两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、并发症发生率、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.33%,明显低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径应用于老年白内障手术患者可降低负性情绪评分和并发症发生率,以及提高SF-36评分和护理满意度,优于常规护理效果。

Objective:To observe plication effects of clinical nursing pathway on senile cataract patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 86 elderly patients with cataract surgeries admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the clinical nursing pathway nursing.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores,the incidence of complications,the health status survey summary(SF-36)score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 18.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.35%,which was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical nursing pathway nursing for the elderly patients with cataract surgeries can reduce the negative emotion scores and the incidence of complications,and improve the SF-36 scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
