摘要
目的:观察规范化营养护理在重症急性胰腺炎肠内营养患儿中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月该院收治的76例重症急性胰腺炎患儿的临床资料,按照营养护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组实施常规营养护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施规范化营养护理。比较两组护理满意度、护理前后胃肠激素指标[血清胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)]水平、营养指标[血清总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)]水平,以及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度为94.74%(36/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组MTL、TP、PA、Hb水平均高于对照组,VIP水平和不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化营养护理在提高重症急性胰腺炎肠内营养患儿护理满意度,改善胃肠激素、营养指标水平,降低不良事件发生率,效果优于常规营养护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of standardized nutrition nursing in children with severe acute pancreatitis treated with enteral nutrition.Methods:The clinical data of 76 children with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different nutritional nursing methods,38 cases in each.The control group was given routine nutrition nursing,while the observation group was given standardized nutrition nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,the gastrointestinal hormone levels[serum motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)]before and after the nursing,the nutritional indicator levels[serum total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA),hemoglobin(Hb)],and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the levels of MTL,TP,PA and Hb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of VIP and the incidence of adverse events were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The standardized nutrition nursing is superior to the routine nutrition nursing in improving the nursing satisfaction of children with severe acute pancreatitis treated with enteral nutrition,improving the levels of gastrointestinal hormones and nutritional indicators,and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
