一指禅推法在后交叉韧带重建术后康复效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pushing Manipulation with One Finger in Promoting Rehabilitation after Posterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的:探讨一指禅推法对促进后交叉韧带重建术后康复的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月-2022年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的60例单纯后交叉韧带损伤患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。所有患者均行后交叉韧带重建手术。试验组术后康复应用一指禅推法联合常规康复治疗,对照组采用常规康复治疗。比较两组视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、膝关节功能Lysholm评分、步态分析。结果:治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分、Lysholm评分、步态分析中的步频、患侧支撑相、健患侧支撑相比值均较治疗前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的VAS评分、Lysholm评分、步态分析中的步频、患侧支撑相、健患侧支撑相比值均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅推法联合常规康复治疗具有效促进后交叉韧带重建后运动功能恢复,提高患者的日常生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of pushing manipulation with one finger on promoting rehabilitation after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method:A total of 60 patients with simple posterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases)by random number table method.All patients underwent posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.The experimental group was treated with pushing manipulation with one finger combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation treatment.Visual analogue pain scale(VAS)scores,Lysholm scores of knee function and gait analysis were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the VAS scores,Lysholm scores,stride frequency in gait analysis,ipsilateral bracing phase,and healthy ipsilateral bracing phase of both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores,Lysholm scores,stride frequency in gait analysis,ipsilateral bracing phase and healthy ipsilateral bracing phase of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pushing manipulation with one finger combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy can effectively promote the recovery of motor function after posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
