针刺百会八阵穴治疗脑卒中后失语症的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Baihui Bazhen Points in Post-stroke Aphasia

目的:探讨在脑卒中后失语症患者中应用针刺百会八阵穴治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入2019年7月-2021年7月瑞金市中医院收治的94例脑卒中后失语症患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各47例。对照组予以语言功能训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以针刺百会八阵穴治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。对两组临床疗效、脑血流速度、语言功能进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率(95.74%)高于对照组(80.85%)(P<0.05);观察组大脑前动脉(ACA)平均血流速度[(48.26±9.16)cm/s]、大脑中动脉(MCA)平均血流速度[(63.21±10.27)cm/s]高于对照组[(44.58±8.27)、(58.78±8.36)cm/s](P<0.05);汉语标准失语症检查表中说、听、复述、阅读、出声读、听写、计算、描写、抄写项目评分[(166.34±11.38)、(160.35±9.42)、(127.33±8.27)、(162.57±11.35)、(137.75±10.08)、(72.52±5.03)、(12.12±1.71)、(158.34±11.19)、(135.42±11.16)分],高于对照组的[(134.25±10.54)、(130.29±8.92)、(96.38±7.22)、(132.24±10.25)、(102.79±9.97)、(50.26±4.77)、(8.23±1.58)、(129.45±10.37)、(98.69±8.78)分](P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会八阵穴治疗脑卒中后失语症患者效果较佳,在增加脑血流量、促进语言功能恢复方面具有明显优势。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture Baihui Bazhen points in patients with post-stroke aphasia.Method:A total of 94 patients with post-stroke aphasia who were admitted to Ruijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2021 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with language function training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture Baihui Bazhen points on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated consecutive for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cerebral blood flow velocity,and language function were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.74%)was higher than that of the control group(80.85%)(P<0.05).The average blood flow velocity of the anterior cerebral artery(ACA)[(48.26±9.16)cm/s],the average blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery(MCA)[(63.21±10.27)cm/s]were higher than those of the control group[(44.58±8.27),(58.78±8.36)cm/s](P<0.05).Speak,listen,retell,read,read aloud,dictation,calculation,description,and transcription[(166.34±11.38),(160.35±9.42),(127.33±8.27),(162.57±11.35),(137.75±10.08),(72.52±5.03),(12.12±1.71),(158.34±11.19),(135.42±11.16)points]were higher than those of the control group[(134.25±10.54),(130.29±8.92),(96.38±7.22),(132.24±10.25),(102.79±9.97),(50.26±4.77),(8.23±1.58),(129.45±10.37),(98.69±8.78)points](P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture Baihui Bazhen points has better effects in patients with post-stroke aphasia,and it has obvious advantages in increasing cerebral blood flow and promoting the recovery of language function.
