Research Progress of Cyclin D1 in Breast Cancer,Colorectal Cancer and Esophageal Cancer

细胞周期蛋白D1(CCND1)在细胞周期调节作用获得公认,CCND1的异常表达与癌症的发展、预后的关联受到越来越多的重视。笔者选取了临床上常见的乳腺癌、结直肠癌、食管癌,探讨了CCND1引起癌症发生、进展的内在机制;并对CCND1与乳腺癌、结直肠癌、食管癌预后的关联开展了相关综述,旨在加深对CCND1认识的同时,为广大学者在肿瘤分子标记物领域的研究提供指导。

Cyclin D1(CCND1)has been recognized in the regulation of cell cycle,and the association of abnormal expression of CCND1 with the progression and prognosis of cancer has received more and more attention.The authors selected common clinical breast cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer,and explored the internal mechanism of CCND1-induced cancer occurrence and progression.The relationship between CCND1 and the prognosis of breast cancer,colorectal cancer,and esophageal cancer is reviewed.The purpose is to deepen the understanding of CCND1 and provide guidance for scholars in the field of tumor molecular markers.
