五麦党黄方对急进高原医疗队员血氧饱和度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨五麦党黄方对急进高原医疗队员血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))的影响。方法选取医院2018年至2021年的援措勤医疗队员76人,随机分为观察组(39人)和对照组(37人)。观察组于出发前7 d至到达措勤县后7 d,口服五麦党黄方配方颗粒,每日2次。评估到达措勤县后第1,2,3,5,7天的急性高原反应症状评分;行程首日、途经日喀则市区、桑木拉达坂及到达措勤第1,3,5,7天均测定静坐时SaO_(2)及心率。结果进藏第2,3,5,7天,观察组的急性高原反应症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);除行程首日外,观察组SaO_(2)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),心率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五麦党黄方能有效提高急进高原医疗队员的SaO_(2),增加人体抗缺氧能力,提高援藏医疗队员的高原习服和自身保障能力。 Objective To investigate the effect of Wumaidanghuang Formula on the oxygen saturation(SaO_(2))of medical team members rushing to the high altitudes.Methods A total of 76 medical team members assisting Coqen County from 2018 to 2021 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(39 members)and the control group(37 members).The members in the observation group were given the granules prepared by the prescription of Wumaidanghuang Formula orally from 7 d before departure to 7 d after arriving at Coqen County twice a day.The scores of acute altitude sickness symptom on the first,second,third,fifth and seventh days after arriving at Coqen County were assessed.The SaO_(2) and heart rate during sitting were measured on the first day of the travel,on the way of Shigatse downtown,Sangmuladaban,and on the first,third,fifth and seventh days after arriving at the Coqen County were measured.Results On the second,third,fifth and seventh days after arriving at Tibet,the scores of acute altitude sickness symptom in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Except for those on the first day of the travel,the SaO_(2) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the heart rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wumaidanghuang Formula can effectively improve the SaO_(2) of medical team members rushing to the high altitudes,and it can also improve the antihypoxia ability of the body,the acclimatization ability to high altitudes and self-protection ability of medical team members assisting Tibet.
