腕踝针疗法对二次分娩产妇宫缩痛的疗效

Curative Effect of Wrist-Ankle Acupuncture Therapy on Uterine Contraction Pain in Second-Delivery Parturients

目的观察腕踝针疗法治疗二次分娩产妇宫缩痛的效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年12月在婺源县中医院妇产科进行分娩的60例二次产妇,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予镇痛泵止痛治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上进行腕踝针刺。比较2组治疗前和治疗24 h、48 h后的疼痛评分(WHO疼痛标准分级)、阴道出血量及治疗有效率。结果观察组治疗24 h、48 h后疼痛评分均低于同时期对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗24 h、48 h内阴道出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90%,显著高于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针治疗二次分娩产妇产后宫缩痛疗效显著,有利于促进产后恢复。

Objective To observe the efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy in parturients with uterine contraction pain in the second delivery.Methods Sixty second-delivery parturients who delivered in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected in this study.These parturients were randomly treated with analgesic pump alone(control group,n=30)or in combination with wrist--ankle acupuncture(observation group,n=30).The pain score(WHO criteria),vaginal bleeding volume and effective rate were compared between the two groups before treatment and 24 and 48 hours after treatment.Results The uterine contraction pain scores and vaginal bleeding volume in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24 and 48 hours after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(90%)was higher than that in the control group(60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture is effective for uterine contraction pain and can promote postpartum recovery in second-delivery parturients.
