Progress in Clinical Application of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment in Common Chronic Refractory Wounds

湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment,MEBO)常应用于烧伤创面的治疗。临床上,MEBO还常与莫匹罗星软膏、自体富血小板凝胶、银离子敷料、自体皮移植、负压封闭引流技术、红外线、中药汤剂、艾炙或热敏炙等联合,用于烧伤残余创面、糖尿病创面以及压力性损伤创面等常见慢性难愈性创面的治疗,可以获得比单一治疗更好的效果。但MEBO与何种治疗方式联合的效果最优尚需探讨。

Moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO)is often used to treat burn wounds.It is also often combined with mupirocin ointment,autologous platelet-rich gel,silver ion dressing,autologous skin graft,vacuum sealing drainage,infrared,traditional Chinese medicine decoction,moxa-wool moxibustion or heat sensitive moxibustion for the treatment of residual burn wounds,diabetic wounds,pressure injury wounds and other common chronic refractory wounds.The combined treatment is more effective than the single treatment.However,the optimal combination still needs to be investigated.
