以伸筋液为介质推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈临床观察

Clinical efficacy of Self-prepared Stretching Liquid as massage medium for pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis

目的 观察以伸筋液为介质推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的临床疗效。方法 将60例先天性肌性斜颈患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,2组均予推拿治疗,对照组30例(后剔除2例)以婴儿润肤油为按摩介质,治疗组30例(后剔除1例)以伸筋液为按摩介质。2组均4周为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。比较2组治疗前后症状评分、胸锁乳突肌厚度及肌肉厚度比值,并统计2组优良率。结果 治疗组优良率89.66%(26/29),对照组优良率53.57%(15/28),治疗组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后症状评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均高于治疗组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后胸锁乳突肌厚度及肌肉厚度比值均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 以伸筋液为介质推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈疗效确切,能缓解胸锁乳突肌局部挛缩,增加颈部活动度,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Self-prepared Stretching Liquid as massage medium for pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis. Methods A total of 60 pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis were randomly assigned to receive the baby skin oil as massage medium(n=30, 2 cases of shedding, the control group) or Self-prepared Stretching Liquid as massage medium(n=30, 1 case of shedding, the treatment group) for 3 courses(1 course for 4 weeks). The aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom score, thickness and thickness ratio of sternocleidomastoid(SCM) muscle;the superior rate was assessed. Results The superior rate was higher in the treatment group compared with the control group(89.66% [26/29] vs 53.57% [15/28], [P<0.05] respectively). After treatment, the TCM symptom score in the both groups was increased(P<0.05), which was increased in the treatment group in comparison with the control group(P<0.05);the thickness and thickness ratio of SCM muscle in the both groups were decreased(P<0.05), which in the treatment group was more prevalent with respect to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis, Self-prepared Stretching Liquid as massage medium has definite curative effect, which can relieve the local contracture of SCM muscle, and increase the range of cervical movement, worthy of application.
