摘要
新型电力系统高速发展,新能源大量投产,现有忽略新能源电源属性的继电保护传统整定计算方法难以适应。鉴于此,提出了适应新能源的整定计算实用化模型,在其基础上详细分析了计及新能源的参数收资、保护配置、短路计算、整定计算原则、重合闸、边界保护管理等内容,为面向新型电力系统的整定计算业务提供了解决思路,对继电保护整定人员具有借鉴与参考意义。
The rapid development of the power network based on new energy and the large-scale production of new energy sources pose a significant challenge to the traditional setting calculation methods for relay protection that ignore the attributes of new energy sources. In this paper, a practical model of setting calculation well adapted to new energy is proposed. The parameter collection, protection configuration, shortcircuit calculation, setting calculation principle, reclosing and boundary protection management with new energy taken into account are analyzed in detail, so as to provide a solution for the setting calculation business for the power network based on new energy and a reference point for personnel responsible for relay protection setting.
