摘要
针对传统抛挂式接地线夹拆除时费力,线夹的导线通用性较低,线夹工作时有脱落风险等问题,基于SolidWorks的虚拟建模技术,设计了一款省力的自锁式通用接地线夹。拉力实验表明,该线夹在拆卸时与传统线夹相比省力78%,所生产的实物模型也能满足设计目标,很好地减轻了检修工作人员的劳动强度,提升了检修效率和安全性,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at solving the problems that the traditional throwing-type ground clip is laborious to remove, the clamp cannot adapt to conductors of different sizes and assume the risk of falling off during work, a labor-saving self-locking general-purpose ground clamp is designed based on the virtual modeling technology of SolidWorks. The tension test shows that the clamp is 78% less laborintensive than the traditional clamp when it is removed from the conductor. The prototype meets the design goals, thus greatly reduces the labor intensity of the maintenance staff and improves the maintenance efficiency and safety, demonstrating good prospects of application.
