摘要
介绍了一种Q频段高功率波导铁氧体隔离器的设计方法,利用HFSS软件仿真计算,并采用ANSYS热力学软件来校核功率容量,最终研制出一种高功率、低损耗、高可靠性的隔离器。其主要性能指标为:工作频率为37~42 GHz,电压驻波比≤1.18,插入损耗≤0.3 dB,反向损耗≥22.5 dB,功率容量≥60 W。器件已顺利通过80 W功率极限试验考核。
In this paper,we propose a kind of high power waveguide ferrite isolator for Q-band applications.Based on analysis on the ferrite isolator,high power,low loss and high reliability samples have been developed successfully by using HFSS simulation software and ANSYS thermodynamics software.The main performance parameters are as follows:a frequency range of 37 to 42 GHz,voltage standing wave ratio≤1.18,insertion loss≤0.3 dB,isolation≥22.5 dB,and power capacity≥60 W.Finally,the isolators successfully passed the test inspection of 80 W ultimate power.
