摘要
作为磁流变材料的一个新分支,磁流变弹性体是一种可通过外加磁场来控制其流变特性的智能材料。磁流变弹性体是磁流变液的固态模拟,兼具磁流变液和弹性体的优点,为设计用于各种工程领域的智能器件提供了巨大潜力。介绍了磁流变弹性体的组成与制备;分析了磁流变弹性体的力学性能;总结了磁流变弹性体器件的基本设计问题,即工作模式、磁路设计和基本原理。同时,重点介绍了磁流变弹性体智能器件的研究和应用,包括减振器、隔振器、传感器件、夹层梁等。最后,讨论了基于磁流变弹性体的智能器件研发面临的机遇与挑战。
As a new branch of magnetorheological(MR)material,MR elastomer is an intelligent material whose rheological properties can be controlled by an external magnetic field.As a solid-state simulation of MR fluid,MR elastomer has the advantages of both MR fluid and elastomer,which can provide great potential for designing intelligent devices to be used in various engineering fields.In this paper,the composition and preparation of MR elastomers is introduced,and the mechanical properties of MR elastomers is also analyzed.The basic design issues of MR elastomer devices,i.e.operation modes,magnetic circuit design and principle fundamentals are summarized.At the same time,the research and application of MR elastomer intelligent devices,including vibration absorbers,vibration isolators,sensing devices,sandwich beam and so on are investigated.Finally,the opportunities and challenges for the research and development of intelligent devices based on MR elastomer are discussed.
