2021年武汉市洪山区成年居民营养健康知识知晓情况及其影响因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the status of nutritional health knowledge and its influential factors among adult residents in Hongshan District of Wuhan in 2021

摘要 目的了解武汉市洪山区18~64岁城镇居民营养健康知识知晓情况及其影响因素,为进一步开展营养指导工作和制定营养干预政策提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取武汉市洪山区4903名18~64岁当地居民开展营养健康知识问卷调查,计算知晓率并分析比较居民营养知识获取渠道,运用方差分析和多因素Logistic回归方法,分析影响营养健康知识知晓率的主要因素。结果2021年洪山区居民营养知识总体知晓率为17.68%。其中居民对于“以下哪种搭配的午餐营养更均衡”知晓率最高,为84.23%;而“以下哪种食物含铁丰富且容易被人体吸收利用”知晓率最低为2.47%。居民获得营养信息渠道主要是“微信、微博、抖音、快手等软件”。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:性别、年龄、文化程度、是否患有慢性非传染性病,以及获取信息渠道数量是影响武汉市洪山区18~64岁城镇居民营养健康知识知晓情况的主要因素(P<0.05),OR值分别为1.63(95%CI:1.40~1.90)、1.94(95%CI:1.78~3.00)、5.14(95%CI:3.48~7.69)、1.22(95%CI:1.01~1.49)、2.03(95%CI:1.77~2.40)。结论武汉市洪山区18~64岁城镇居民营养健康知晓率处于较低水平,应针对居民营养健康知识薄弱环节,并结合主要影响因素和居民获取营养健康信息主要渠道进行营养健康知识科普与干预。 Objective To understand the status of nutritional health knowledge and its influential factors among urban residents aged 18-64 in Hongshan District of Wuhan,and to provide reference for the further implementation of nutritional guidance and formulation of nutrition intervention policy.Methods A stratified random sampling method was adopted to enroll 4903 local residents aged 18-64 in Hongshan District of Wuhan for questionnaire survey on nutritional health knowledge.The understanding rate and the channels for acquiring knowledge were analyzed.Multivariate logistic regression method was used to analyze major factors influencing the understanding rate of knowledge.Results In 2021,an overall understanding rate of nutrition and health knowledge among residents in Hongshan District was 17.68%,the highest understanding rate was 84.23%on"Which food match below has more balanced nutrition for lunch"while the lowest rate of 2.47%on"Which food below is rich in iron and easily absorbed by human body".The Channels to acquire such knowledge were mainly software such as WeChat,MicroBlog,Tik Tok,and Kuaishou.The results of multivariate logistic regressive analysis showed that major influencing factors included gender,age,education level,whether suffering from chronic non-infectious diseases,and the number of channels for information acquisition(P<0.05),OR values were 1.63(95%CI:1.40-1.90),1.94(95%CI:1.78-3.00),5.14(95%CI:3.48-7.69),1.22(95%CI:1.01-1.49),2.03(95%CI:1.77-2.40).Conclusion The residents aged 18-64 in Hongshan District of Wuhan have the understanding of nutritional health knowledge at low level,so the popularization and intervention on such knowledge should be conducted based on weak points of residents on such knowledge and combining major influential factors and channels for them to acquire such information.
