信息生态视角下虚拟学术社区用户信息搜寻行为影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of User’s Information Searching Behavior in Virtual Academic Community from the Perspective of Information Ecology

[目的/意义]从信息生态视角分析虚拟学术社区用户信息搜寻行为的影响因素,帮助平台了解用户的信息搜寻行为,从而完善虚拟学术社区的平台建设。[方法/过程]基于信息生态理论和技术接受模型,构建虚拟学术社区用户信息搜寻行为影响因素模型,并通过问卷调查法和结构方程模型对模型的有效性进行检验。[结果/结论]感知有用性、自我效能、信息素养、交互氛围能够对虚拟学术社区用户信息搜寻意愿产生正向影响;技术促进性与信息搜寻意愿能够对信息搜寻行为产生正向影响。

[Purpose/significance]From the perspective of information ecology,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of user’s information searching behavior in virtual academic community to help the platform understand user’s information searching behavior,so as to improve the platform construction of virtual academic community.[Method/process]Based on the theory of information ecology and the model of technology acceptance,the paper constructs the influencing factors model of user’s information searching behavior in virtual academic community,and verifies the validity of the model through questionnaire survey and structural equation model.[Result/conclusion]Perceived usefulness,self-efficacy,information literacy and interactive atmosphere can positively influence user’s information searching intention,while technological facilitation and information searching intention can positively influence user’s information searching behavior.
