网络环境下大学生健康信息规避行为影响因素研究

The Influencing Factors of University Students’Health Information Avoidance Behaviors under the Network Environment

[目的/意义]分析网络环境下大学生健康信息规避的影响因素,有利于减少健康信息规避对大学生的负面影响,进一步丰富相关理论成果。[方法/过程]在SOR理论的基础上融合信息系统成功模型、信息采纳模型的相关变量以及信息过载提出假设,构建研究模型,通过问卷调查获取数据,并用SPSS、Amos进行路径分析及中介效应检验。[结果/结论]系统质量、信息质量、信源可信度会通过感知有用性影响大学生的健康信息规避行为;信息过载会影响大学生的负面情绪,进而影响健康信息规避。据此为减少大学生健康信息规避提出建议。

[Purpose/significance]Analyzing the influencing factors of health information avoidance of university students under the network environment is helpful to reduce the negative impact of health information avoidance on them,which can further enrich the relative theoretical results.[Method/process]On the basis of SOR theory,this paper integrates the relevant variables of information system success model,information adoption model and information overload to put forward hypotheses,constructs a research model,obtains data through questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS and Amos to conduct path analysis and mediation effect test of the model.[Result/conclusion]System quality,information quality and source credibility will affect university students’health information avoidance behaviors through perceived usefulness;Information overload will affect the negative emotions of university students,and then affect their health information avoidance.Accordingly,some suggestions are puts forward to reduce health information avoidance of university students.
