基于Fluent连续纤维模型的滤棒成型机捕丝器数值模拟与分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】指导滤棒成型机捕丝器的工艺参数调节,提升卷烟滤棒产品质量。【方法】基于捕丝器中纤维运动特性,使用Fluent软件连续纤维模型进行纤维简化,利用动量源项传递实现纤维与流场间的耦合,摆脱了纤维与流场双向耦合的规模限制,实现了包含大量纤维的捕丝器流场模拟。通过引入总牵引力与牵引力均匀性指标,研究了不同压缩空气进气压力与垫片厚度对ZL26A型滤棒成型机捕丝器丝束牵引状态的影响,并进行了实验验证。【结果】(1)结合连续纤维模型的耦合模拟方法可以有效反映丝束对捕丝器内流场的影响与丝束的牵引状态;(2)在保证丝束牵引力满足滤棒正常填充的情况下,使用较薄垫片厚度与较高进气压力可以提升捕丝器牵引均匀性,提高丝束牵引质量;(3)实验中使用总厚度较薄的0.56 mm垫片配合0.3 MPa较高进气压力下生产出的滤棒,其吸阻标准偏差值与变异系数较参数改进前分别下降21.5%与21.7%,滤棒质量得到有效提升。 [Objective]By introducing the indexes of total traction force and traction force uniformity,the numerical simulation of the tow transport jet of ZL26A filter rod maker was carried out by Fluent software package to guide the process parameters of the transport jet and improve the quality of filter rod products.[Methods]In order to get rid of the scale limitation of two-way coupling between fiber and flow field,the tow model was constructed and simplified with the continuous fiber model in Fluent based on the fiber motion characteristics in the transport jet,and the coupling between the tow model and the flow field of transport jet was realized by the transmission of the momentum source term.The influences of compressed air inlet pressure and gasket thickness on tow traction state were investigated and verified by experiments.[Results]The results show:1)The coupling simulation method based on the continuous fiber model can effectively reflect the influence of tow on the flow field in the jet and the tow traction state;2)Under the condition that the traction force of the tow meets normal filling of filter rod,a thinner gasket and a higher inlet pressure are beneficial for improving the traction uniformity and enhancing the tow traction quality;3)Using a thinner gasket with a total thickness of 0.56 mm and a higher inlet pressure of 0.3 MPa,the suction resistance standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the filter rods were reduced by 21.5%and 21.7%respectively as compared with those before parameter improvement.
