阐述人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)的应用,基于HFACS的典型事故案例分析,采用HFACS系统模型对事故的原因进行分类分析,从不安全行为、不安全行为的前提条件、不安全的监督、组织影响四个层次寻找导致事故发生的主要原因,并提出改善建议。

This paper describes the application of Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS). Based on the analysis of typical accident cases of HFACS, the HFACS system model is used to classify and analyze the causes of accidents. The main causes of accidents are found from four levels: unsafe behaviors, preconditions for unsafe behaviors, unsafe supervision, and organizational influence, and improvement suggestions are put forward.
