Analysis and Empirical Test of Employment Mechanism Based on Artificial Intelligence

阐述最小二乘法(OLS)估计人工智能技术对低端、中端、高端技能劳动者就业的影响。研究结果表明,人工智能技术水平与低技能劳动者占比呈负相关关系,与高技能劳动者成正相关关系,对中技能劳动者影响有限。

This paper expounds the least square method(OLS) to estimate the impact of AI technology on the employment of low-end, middle end and high-end skilled workers. The research results show that the level of AI technology is negatively related to the proportion of low skilled workers,and positively related to high skilled workers, with limited impact on medium skilled workers.
