巴黎奥运周期艺术体操三带两球D组得分动作分析——以第39届世界艺术体操锦标赛为例

An Analysis of Group D Scoring Movements of Rhythmic Gymnastics 3 Ribbons + 2 Balls Event in the Paris Olympic Cycle——A Case Study on the 39th FIG World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships

从艺术体操《2022-2024评分规则》中的D组评分角度出发,采用文献资料法、录像分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对2022年第39届世界艺术体操锦标赛集体全能前8名队伍的三带两球成套进行分析,研究世界顶尖队伍对D组的编排策略,旨在优化我国艺术体操集体三带两球项目D组得分动作,为备战新周期奥运会提供参考。在分析基础上建议巴黎奥运备战期间,我国艺术体操三带两球项目应尝试以下策略:(1)合理分配DB组难度数量,保证DE得分;(2)提高DB的得分,丰富DB选择;(3)完成最大数量的DC,调整DA组难度数量的分配;(4)调整DC加分标准,增加部分CR类型协作加分标准的使用。

From the perspective of Group D grading in the “2022–2024 Rhythmic Gymnastics Code Of Grading”, this paper analyzes the 3 Ribbons + 2 Balls set of the top 8 teams in the 39 th FIG World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in 2022, and studies the world’s top teams’ orchestration strategies for Group D, through the research methods such as literature review, video analysis and mathematical statistics. The aim is to optimize the orchestration strategy of Group D scoring actions of team 3 Ribbons + 2 Balls event and provide theoretical reference for the preparation for the new Olympic cycle. The analysis shows that during the preparation for the Paris Olympics, China’s rhythmic gymnastics 3 Ribbons + 2 Balls event should try the following strategy:(a) reasonably allocate the number of difficulties in DB group to ensure DE points;(b) improve DB points and enrich DB selections;(c) complete the maximum number of DC and adjust the allocation of the number of difficulties in DA group;(d) adjust the DC extra points standard and increase the use of some of the CR type collaboration extra points standard.
