东京奥运会男子双杠成套动作编排模式研究

摘要 运用文献资料等研究方法,对东京奥运会双杠决赛前8名选手的成套编排进行研究,分析世界一流双杠选手的编排模式,为我国选手在双杠动作编排的优化上提供参考和借鉴。结论:第III组别动作最受运动员的青睐,主要集中在后上类、蒂佩尔特类型动作上;希里和后上转体180°成倒立使用率高达100%,是一流选手的标配动作,挂臂马库兹是夺冠选手的必备动作;下法难度较高,但类型单一;绕纵轴转体流动作可以使编排连接直接化和流畅化,具有极高的“经济价值”是今后发展的主流方向。建议:加大绕纵轴转体流和下法动作的训练和创新,积极开发难、新动作,增加高难度下法动作的数量储备;把握规则精神,减少挂臂空翻2周成挂类动作的练习,增加挂臂前摆转体类动作;把握好难度和质量的辩证关系,科学合理提高动作难度的同时对完成质量更要精益求精。 Using literature review and other research methods, this paper studies the complete choreography of the top 8 players in the parallel bar finals of the Tokyo Olympic Games, analyzes the choreography mode of the world-class parallel bar players, and provides reference for the optimization of the parallel bar choreography for Chinese players. Conclusions: the movements of group III are most favored by athletes, mainly focusing on the latter and upper categories and tipelt types;Shirley and back up turn 180 ° into handstand, with a utilization rate of 100%, which is the standard action of first-class players, and arm hanging markuz is the necessary action of winning players;The method is difficult, but the type is single;The rotary flow movement around the vertical axis can make the choreography connection direct and smooth. It has high “economic value” and is the mainstream direction of development in the future. It is suggested to increase the training and innovation of rotation flow around the longitudinal axis and downward movement, actively develop difficult and new movements, and increase the quantity reserve of difficult downward movements;Grasp the spirit of rules, reduce the practice of hanging arm somersault for 2 weeks, and increase the forward swing and rotation of hanging arm;Grasp the dialectical relationship between difficulty and quality, scientifically and reasonably improve the difficulty of action, and strive for perfection in the completion quality at the same time.
