日本竞技马拉松蓬勃发展原因及启示

Reasons and Enlightenment of the Prosperous Development of Competitive Marathon in Japan

本文运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,分析了日本竞技马拉松蓬勃发展原因,结合我国国情提出了发展我国马拉松运动的启示,以期为推动我国竞技马拉松项目发展提供参考。研究认为:日本竞技马拉松蓬勃发展原因主要在于该国长跑历史悠久、后备人才济济、实业集团助力、跑步氛围浓厚。对我国的启示:加强马拉松文化建设,加强中国版“箱根驿传”发展力度,改善奖赏机制、提高奖赏力度,培养学生运动习惯。

This paper uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the reasons for the booming development of competitive marathon in Japan, and discusses the inspiration for the development of marathon in China based on the national conditions in China, in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the development of competitive marathon in China. The study concluded that the main reasons for the booming development of competitive marathon in Japan are the long history of long-distance running, the abundant reserve talents, the help of industrial groups and the strong running atmosphere. It is suggested to strengthen the establishment of marathon culture, strengthen the development of the Chinese version of “Hakone Ekiden”, improve the reward mechanism, increase the rewards, and cultivate students’ sports habits.
