人工智能在美国职业篮球联赛教练决策中的应用及启示

Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Decision-making of Coaches of American National Basketball Association and its Enlightenment

人工智能在美国职业篮球联赛教练员决策方面的应用较为成功,其做法可为提升我国教练员的科学决策水平所参考。本文采用文献调查、逻辑分析法、专家访谈等研究方法对美国篮球职业联赛教练员决策应用人工智能技术的发展历程、人工智能对美国篮球教练员决策的影响及中国篮球联赛人工智能技术应用的现状进行研究,结果表明:(1)随着时代的发展与科技的创新,人工智能技术已经在美国教练员决策中广泛应用,成为重要辅助手段。(2)我国在专业赛事数据分析人才的培养、球馆人工智能系统设备的配置、球员可穿戴设备的使用等方面存在很大不足。建议:中国职业篮球联赛各队在训练中引进可穿戴人工智能装备、在球馆建设中引入人工智能系统,球队在长期人才培养方面可与我国体育类院校建设人才交流平台,短期则采用跨界思维培养体育数据分析人才等策略、增进CBA联赛的教练员科学决策能力,以此进一步提升我国职业教练员的科学训练水平。

The success of AI application in the decision making of coaches in the American National Basketball Association(NBA) can provide reference for improving the scientific decision making of Chinese coaches. This paper uses the methods of literature survey, logic analysis and expert interview to research the development of artificial intelligence application in NBA coach decision making and the current situation of Chinese basketball league. The results show that:(a) with the development and innovation, artificial intelligence technology has a practical significance in the decision-making of American coaches.(b) It is found that China has great disadvantages in the training of professional competition data analysis talents, the configuration of artificial intelligence system equipment, and the use of wearable artificial intelligence equipment for players in stadiums. Based on the above, the Chinese professional basketball league should introduce wearable artificial intelligence equipment in training and artificial intelligence system in stadium construction, and the team should share the talent build platform construction with Chinese sports colleges in long-term talent training;in the short term, we should train sports data analysis talents in cross-discipline way, and enhance the commercialization process of CBA league, so as to promote the scientific decision making of professional coaches in China.
