摘要 研究目的:反应力量指数修正(RSImod)是反应力量度指数(RSI)的替代度量方法,用于测量反应力量和爆发性。RSImod是通过在测力台进行反向跳跃,之后用跳跃高度除以起跳时间计算而来[1]。本文主要是通过测量和比较运动员不同跳跃姿势的RSImod来评估RSImod和跳起高度(Jump Height,JH)与起跳时间(Time to Take-off,TTT)之间的关系。方法:实验以北京体育大学15名男子足球代表队队员为受试者,分别于不同测试日在测力台进行双腿反向纵跳(CMJ)、惯用腿反向纵跳(DLJ)以及非惯用腿反向纵跳(NLJ)。每位学生皆为该专项国家一级或二级运动员。研究结果:三种跳跃姿势的RSImod两两之间有显著差异(p=.00<0.05)。三种跳跃姿势的RSImod均与TTT相关性更高。测试所得RSImod由大到小排序为CMJ>DLJ>NLJ;JH排序同RSImod;TTT由大到小排序则相反,CMJ<DLJ<NLJ。研究结论:RSImod是一个可靠的下肢爆发力测试指标,可以在身体耗能较低且安全的情况下测试爆发力。根据上述测试结果建议:校男子足球代表队应加强下肢快速伸缩复合训练,提高下肢反应力量与爆发力。 Reactive Strength Index-modified(RSImod)is an alternative for Reactive Strength Index to measure reactive strength and power.RSImod is calculated by making a reverse jump on the force platform and then dividing the jump height by the time to take-off.This study measured and compared the RSImod of different jumps and evaluated the relationships between RSImod,jump height(JH)and time to take-off(TTT).Methods:fifteen male football players from Beijing Sport University were selected as subjects in the experiment.They respectively performed Countermovement Jump(CMJ),Dominant Leg Jump(DLJ)and Non-dominant Leg Jump(NLJ)on the force platform on different test days.All subjects are first-or second-class athletes.Research results:There is significant difference among the RSImod of three jumping postures(p=.00<.05).Compared with JH,three jumping postures’RSImods all have higher correlation with TTT.The order of RSImod obtained from the test was CMJ>DLJ>NLJ.JH order is the same with RSImod;TTT is in reverse order to RSImod,CMJ<DLJ<NLJ.Condusion:RSlmod is a reliable measurement tool for testing the explosive power of lower-body.It tests power under the condition of lower energy consumption safely.All players of male football team in Beijing Sport University should strength the plyometric training to improve the explosive power and reactive strength of lower-body.
