“岗课赛证思创”融通课程体系实践研究——以智慧建筑管理专业为例

Practical Research on Integrated Curriculum System of “Posts, Courses, Skill Competitions, Certificates, Ideological and Political Education, Entrepreneurship”——Taking Smart Building Management Major as an Example

为了满足工程建设单位对高素质高技能智慧建筑管理专业人才的需求,分析了智慧建筑管理专业课程体系现状,阐述了“岗课赛证思创”融通课程体系内涵,并从工作岗位、课程体系、技能类竞赛、职业技能证书、课程思政、创新创业6方面入手,探索了基于“岗课赛证思创”融通机制下课程体系构建方式,分析了该体系实施保障的几种方法,以期提升人才培养质量,增加学生就业创业的竞争力。

In order to meet the needs of engineering construction units for high-quality and highly skilled talents in intelligent building management, this paper analyzes the current situation of the curriculum system of intelligent building management, expounds the connotation the integrated curriculum system of “posts, courses, skill competitions, certificates, ideological and political education, entrepreneurship”, and starts from six aspects: job posts, curriculum system, skill competitions, vocational skill certificates, curriculum ideology, innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper explores the construction mode of the curriculum system based on this mechanism, and analyzes several methods to ensure the implementation of the system, with a view to improving the quality of talent training and increasing the competitiveness of students in employment and entrepreneurship.
