高职院校教师培训实效性欠缺的原因分析与优化策略

摘要 当前高职院校教师培训实效性欠缺,严重阻碍了教师发展质量,主要原因是政策制度不健全,教师培训供给不足,培训模式缺乏合理性,教师培训功利性较强等。基于此,提出完善高职教师培训的制度环境,加大教师培训的资金供给,建立科学的教师培训模式,淡化教师培训功利色彩的优化策略,以期提升教师培训实效性,助力教师专业发展。 At present, the lack of effectiveness of teacher training in higher vocational colleges seriously hinders the quality of teacher development. The main reasons are that the policy system is not perfect, the supply of teacher training is insufficient, the training mode is not reasonable, and the teacher training is more utilitarian. Based on this, the optimization strategy of improving the institutional environment of higher vocational teacher training, increasing the funding supply for teacher training, establishing a scientific teacher training model, and downplaying the utilitarian color of teacher training is proposed to improve the effectiveness of teacher training and help teachers’ professional development.
