紧凑型电解单元液位控制与除氢效率分析

摘要 以某支路电解法船舶压载水处理系统的紧凑型电解单元为研究对象,采用试验测试的方法分析其缓冲罐的液位控制与除氢效率之间的关系。结果表明,液位波动对该紧凑型电解单元缓冲罐的除氢效率的影响较大,在液位稳定的状态下,控制的液位高度越高,该紧凑型电解单元缓冲罐的除氢效率越高。 The compact electrolytic unit of a marine ballast water treatment system with the branch electrolysis method is taken as the research object to analyze the relationship between the liquid level control of the buffer tank and the hydrogen removal efficiency using the experimental method. The result shows that the liquid level fluctuation has significant influence on the hydrogen removal efficiency of the buffer tank. When the liquid level is stable, the higher the controlled liquid level is, the higher the hydrogen removal efficiency becomes.
