印度梨形孢内生真菌对元宝枫扦插苗生长的影响

The effect of Piriformospora indica on cutting seedlings growth of Acer truncatum

研究了印度梨形孢(Piriformospora indica)内生真菌对元宝枫扦插苗生长的影响。结果表明:印度梨形孢菌剂能促进元宝枫扦插苗的生长,提高其叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性。其中,200 m L的印度梨形孢菌剂对元宝枫扦插苗的生长、叶片叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性的增益效果最大,其株高、茎粗、冠幅、新梢数量和新梢长度分别比对照提高了40.38%、55.42%、32.09%、147.33%和93.23%,叶片总叶绿素、叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量分别比对照增加了56.00%、33.80%和106.25%,叶片抗氧化酶SOD、PPO、APX和CAT活性分别比对照提高了158.61%、88.00%、95.62%和111.86%。

Effects of Piriformospora indica on the cutting seedlings of Acer truncatum were investigated. There salts showed that seedlings growth,chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity in plant leaves treated with 200 mL P. indica were significantly increased. Comparing with controls, the cutting seedlings’ height, stemdia meter, canopy width, new shoots number and length of cutting seedlings treated with 200 mL were increased 40.38%, 55.42%, 32.09%, 147.33% and 93.23%, respectively. The 200 mL dosage P. indica has a significant contribution in the total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, increased 56.19%, 38.83% and 104.12%, respectively. Moreover, the activities of SOD, PPO,APX and CAT of cutting seedlings were also significantly increased 158.61%, 88.00%, 111.87% and 95.62% by 200 mL P. indica, respectively.The application P. indica 200 mL in each pot would deliver the most desirable effect for Acer truncatum.
