基于三维激光扫描仪在充填体混入量计算中的运用

摘要 本文以马坑铁矿首个二步矿房0-4P为研究对象,采用GeoSLAM公司ZEB-HORIZON三维激光扫描仪自动对一步、二步矿房空区进行扫描,获得了高精度空区点云数据,得到空区三维模型,借助Demine三维建模软件计算出二步采矿房充填体混入量。此方法很好地解决了二步采矿房充填体混入量精确计算的难题,防止将充填体当做矿石计量结算,为矿房结算提供了准确的数据支撑,降低了采矿成本。 Taking the first two-step room 0-4P of Makeng Iron Mine as the research object,this paper uses the zeb-horizon 3D laser scanner of geoslam company to automatically scan the empty area of the one-step and two-step room,obtains the high-precision point cloud data of the empty area,obtains the three-dimensional model of the empty area,and calculates the filling volume of the two-step room with the help of demine 3D modeling software.This method solves the problem of accurate calculation of filling volume in two-step mining room,prevents the filling body from being used as ore measurement and settlement,provides accurate data support for mining room settlement and reduces the mining cost.
